The journey starts with an initial consultation and site visit, this is an opportunity to go through your brief and share ideas. After this meeting we’ll write to you presenting your options on how best to proceed, our fee structure and next steps.

A site survey will be required in order to fully analyse your site conditions. Depending on the scale of the site, this will be carried out by ourselves or a professional surveyor. We will then pull together initial layout plans and mood boards, along with estimated cost options so that we can proceed with developing the preferred design.

We can now develop your concept into a detailed master plan. This will include a package of technical drawings and details of all hard landscaping elements, structures, features, lighting, and planting palette. We will also provide 2D/3D visuals so you can walkthrough and get a feel of the space.

Now we look at the textures, forms and colours which breathe life into your garden. We will provide a 2D planting plan together with a planting schedule which lists plants to be included in the garden. We can also supply you with pictures of the types of plants along with a maintenance plan and seasonal schedule for your garden.

Now we're ready to make your garden! Once the final plan is agreed, we will pull together a tender document to secure quotes from our network of trusted landscapers to provide a quotation for the works. During the construction stage we are happy to liaise with the landscapers to ensure that the process runs smoothly.

We will then come back and personally plant the garden for you so that it is exactly as intended and gets the best possible start. As gardens are forever evolving, we would be more than happy to put in place an aftercare agreement for a twice-yearly visit to review the garden and ensure it continues to flourish.
